Hermit Thrush

Postby B.Toews on Thu Nov 05, 2009 8:10 pm

After about 2 months of fall bird banding around Ontario, I'm back for good now! Here's a Hermit Thrush from this October at Prince Edward Point Bird Observatory.

Thanks for looking!

What a beauty. These birds are pretty common in my woods in the summer....that is , I hear them. Very hard to get such a nice photo. Nice work. :)

Hey Brendan, those autumn colors compliment the bird so well! Very sharp and beautifully exposed.
Perhaps just a bit tight on the right side.... would like to see a bit more space for the bird to be looking into.
Fantastic photo overall!
